1) all of the kitty litter I have to buy
2) all of the shed cat hair I constantly have to vacuum up
3) all of the times that I work on a project only to have a 25 pound cat come along and plop
down in the middle of it all
4) my little baby who has different meow sounds for “I’m hungry, mommy!” and “Pet me
“NOW!” and “Pay attention to me!” and “I love you!”
Why…??? Because it means that my little (!) Serena is home. I don’t know how many times today I have yelled out “Serena is home!”
