Do you remember your favorite teachers? I do! My mom occasionally runs into my kindergarten teacher when she is in NJ. I keep in touch with my sixth grade teacher through Christmas cards every year. I talk to my eighth grade teacher every couple of months by phone…she and her husband even flew to Florida to attend my wedding. I also keep in touch with my third grade teacher, Mrs. St. Clair, through Christmas cards. She attended my grandmom’s funeral last year, and I saw her in church this summer in NJ. It was fun to introduce her to my husband and my girls!!!

(Stephanie was a finalist a few years ago on “Live with Regis and Kelly” when they held auditions for someone to sit in for Kelly when she was on maternity leave. I auditioned, too, but didn’t make the cut. 🙁 )
