I’m losing my mind. I have been meaning to blog about this delicious soup mix that we discovered at Costco. Did I blog about it already? If so, I have more to add, so read about it again, will ya? (Plus, be sure to keep reading for a special announcement and favor.)
I usually add a can of whole kernel corn to the mix. The corn makes it even more delicious.
Tonight, along with the corn, I added two cans of chopped clams (with the clam juice, too.) Heaven on earth! I even made extra so I could eat the leftovers for lunch. And for breakfast, too.
Go to Costco. Now! Buy it! It’s somewhere between $7 or $8 for the can. There are delicious recipes on the label. How does a creamy stuffed baked potato sound?
Leave a comment and let me know what you think.

Speaking of endorsements, have I mentioned that eWillow.com has expanded? The site now accepts artisans who make handmade anything. Move over Etsy…eWillow.com is FREE (and it’s not too crowded, either!)
I would love you all so much more than I already do if you would be kind enough to mention eWillow.com’s expansion on your personal blogs.
Just remember to mention that you were paid with love by eWillow.com 🙂

1. That soup sounds DELICIOUS! We don't have Costco, but I do have a bunch of potatoes from this year's garden, so maybe potato-corn chowder and buscuits will be tonight's dinner.
2. OF COURSE I will mention eWillow.com – I'm even planning to set-up a storefront! Yay! I will even put the logo in my sidebar or something, if that's okay?
Have an AWESOME day Charlene, I miss your smile!
It is a hit at our house, also. There are so many possibilities with this basic mix!
